I’m Jeremy. I help leaders do the best work of their lives by removing dysfunction that’s in the way.

I spent 25+ years in management, finance, strategy and executive leadership. I worked tirelessly at organizations big and small to execute on strategy and deliver revenue and profit growth. When we missed something, it was my job to find out why and help the team figure out how to fix it.

On that journey, I accumulated a set of tools to build a healthy, productive culture where

  • strategies are communicated clearly,

  • teams are aligned on priorities and

  • plans are executed cross-functionally.
